Your mission

People are central to our success, and we are committed to training and developing our people. Through our Commercial Graduate Development Scheme our graduates are able to gain experience within Subsea 7's key commercial departments.

Our French office based in Suresnes (92) is currently looking for talented graduates to join our Commercial Graduate Development Scheme (CGDS), a 2-year rotational programme to gain professional experience within 3 strategic departments of Subsea7: Supply Chain Management, Operations and Commercial Performance (Contracts and Finance). The home department for this role will be decided once training period has been completed and it is envisaged that after the rotational training period the successful candidate will retour to specialize in this field.

The programme is based on 4 key elements:
  • Theoretical training periods / Formal training courses: This is organised between Global Projects Centre (GPC) locations, including London and Paris and provides the opportunity to gain deeper insights of some key aspects related to Commercial and Project Support functions.
  • Rotating operational missions / On-the-job development: Through on-the-job training you will develop key capabilities related to Contracts, Project Control, Supply Chain Management, Tendering & Business Development through rotations ranging from six months to one year in the three functions.
  • Mentoring: You will be assigned a mentor who will provide guidance and support your progression. The mentor will maintain regular contact with you providing direction to help you achieve targets and goals.
  • Personal development: You will participate in project tasks to challenge your presentation and team building skills, and network with other Subsea 7 Commercial Graduates hired in different locations.

Your profile

Applications are now sought from degree qualified candidates who are holding a minimum of a bachelor's degree preferably in following:
  • business & economics
  • management,
  • law/legal studies,
  • supply chain management
  • engineering with a related commercial subject
  • quantity surveyor
