Join us in this role where you'll manage contracts for the world's largest offshore windfarm, Hornsea 3. You'll be part of a dedicated contract management team responsible for the successful delivery of high-value and complex packages working with multi-disciplinary internal teams and our contractors. The successful candidate will bring a structured and enthusiastic approach to the day-to-day execution of our CAPEX-phase contracts, incl. drafting contractual notices and their variations and amendments, monitoring budgets, and contributing more widely within the Contract Management team to the safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery of Hornsea 3.

Welcome to Global Wind Procurement
You'll be part of our Execution Contract Management team where you, together with your colleagues, will manage our supplier contracts in the execution phase of Hornsea 3. You'll work closely with your project colleagues in a team-based and supportive environment. As a team, we offer an exciting, challenging, and international environment, where you'll have a great opportunity to develop your career while making your mark on the important transition to renewable energy.

You'll play an important role in:
  • managing contractual notices and correspondence
  • issuing contract variations and amendments
  • controlling and updating contract data and systems
  • handling payment certificates
  • participating in meetings with our contract partners
  • supporting our senior and lead contract managers across a variety of other activities.

To succeed in the role, you:
  • have a positive, result-oriented, and proactive approach to your tasks
  • have a structured and analytical approach to your work, enabling you to manoeuvre and deliver business-critical projects successfully
  • have experience with administrative tasks and preferably have a cross-disciplinary background
  • are a team player and capable of navigating a multi-stakeholder environment
  • can co-operate efficiently with colleagues from other in-house functions, understanding different needs and creating appropriate solutions.

Maybe you've read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don't quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
