Brunel is seeking a Commissioning Coordinator to provide administrative support and coordination for the inspection and testing of critical equipment during the pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up phases. They will be coordinating inspection and testing to work scopes to drive towards a smooth and safe start-up. This role involves meticulous data management, communication with process systems owners, and collaboration across multiple teams to ensure the timely completion of essential tasks.

Responsibilities:
\r\n

\r\n

\r\n
• Maintain and update the commissioning program list using Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
\r\n
• Act as a liaison between CSU team and stakeholders (process systems owners, engineering, technology) to track the status of commissioning activities in their respective areas, facilitating alignment and understanding of responsibilities.
\r\n
• Works with project and CSU teams to take advantage of opportunity inspections. Ensure that CSU and Asset team members are connected with field activities and are able to complete Inspections
\r\n
• Identify any items that cannot be completed within the current project phase and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders for resolution
\r\n
• Generate regular status reports on the progress of the Commissioning Program, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential bottlenecks.
\r\n
• Provide administrative support to the Commissioning Program Manager and other team members as needed, including meeting coordination, file management, and correspondence.
\r\n
• Work closely with construction, engineering, operations, and CSU (Commissioning and Start-Up) teams to facilitate communication and coordination of program activities.
\r\n

Qualifications:
\r\n

\r\n

\r\n
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field. Or technical diploma/ certification in a related field.
\r\n
• 5 years of experience in a technical setting (project or plant)
\r\n
• EIT or Instrumentation Technologist background/experience would be a good fit
\r\n
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite), with trong emphasis on Excel for managing data and creating report
\r\n
• Ability to maintain accuracy and precision in data management and documentation.
\r\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
\r\n
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
\r\n
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
\r\n
• Familiarity with LNG plant operations, commissioning processes, and industry standards is advantageous..
