mselect is looking to hire a Business Development Manager, for our office in Saudi Arabia. A minimum of 5 years experience in sales and business development in the Recruitment industry or equivalent experience in a similar role is strongly desired, fluency in English is a must.

Responsibilities

•\tDeveloping and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.

•\tProviding insight into product development and competitive positioning.

•\tConducting market research to identify new business opportunities.

•\tIdentify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate steps to ensure the winning of the client.

•\tMeeting with potential clients to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.

•\tEncouraging existing clients by creating and improving proposals and tenders.

•\tOperating with various communication tools such as emailing, calling and more.

•\tEnsure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

•\tMaintaining relations with our current clients and assisting with their request.

•\tPerform any other duties or tasks as required.

Requirements

•\tBachelor's degree in business management or administration, or a related field.

•\tProven experience for a minimum of 5 years working as a business development, Sales, or similar role in the services and consultancy industry.

•\tFluency in English.

•\tProficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

•\tThe ability to travel as needed.

•\tThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

•\tExcellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.

•\tExceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.

•\tEffective communication skills.

•\tRecruitment or sales experience within the Energy, Process, infrastructure industry is preferred

•\tExperience in a recruitment agency environment if preferred

•\tDetail-oriented.
