Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications :

• Business school Master's degree / MSc in marketing, or in another field relevant for the position
• An experience/internship in marketing, sales or communications would be preferable

Computing skills:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools and particularly Excel, Powerpoint, Teams
• Learn how to use the platforms we share with our customers

Language :

• English: level C1
• French: level B2

For this VIE position, you will work as a Marketing Expert in the Lubricants and Specialty Fluids sales department. You will work under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, who coordinates promotional campaigns with our B2B customers, internal and external communication, monitoring and implementation of rules concerning our brands, budget monitoring, and organization of company events. Activities will be assigned directly by the Marketing Manager in the areas of campaign follow-up and internal and external events.

The main tasks of this Marketing expert position are :

• Understanding the commercial context of our lubricants business in Romania ;
• Cooperation with the sales teams before, during and after the campaigns we organize for our B2B customers ;
• Coordination with head office contacts, service providers and local suppliers ;
• Communication on the progress of projects under his/her responsibility ;
• Field presence at B2B customers with sales managers ;
• Competitive intelligence: collect and filter public information that is regularly published in internal networks (Salsa) ;
• Be proactive in the organization and implementation of company events.

Context & Environment

The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates.
