Education & Experience Requirements:

• Education: Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Business. Graduate degree such as an MBA preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Treasury, Accounting and/or Finance role. A total experience of at least 7 years is preferred.
• Knowledge of online banking system platforms, TMS, SAP and strong technical skills in Microsoft Office products, PowerBI a plus.
• Financial accounting knowledge.
• Other qualifications: Highly analytical with strong attention to detail; critical thinking with problem-solving skills; ability to work autonomous and as part of a team; ability to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities to meet deadlines; ability to challenge and identify improvement opportunities.
• Leadership qualities

Activities

TotalEnergies USA is recruiting for an Advisor/Senior Treasury Analyst . This position is a key member of the TEAS Treasury team and reports directly to Benefits Investment and Treasury Manager. This position provides treasury support to 50+ U.S. affiliates including JV's operating within various resource management systems. This position is primarily accountable for managing the cash flows of TEAS shared service entities with the foremost priority of safeguarding these assets by strictly adhering to the internal control framework outlined by Company Treasury.

Responsibilities:

• Forecast daily cash position of the U.S. Cash Pool and request appropriate funding (within debt limits) from Company Treasury by 9:30am CST every morning.

• Monitor TEHUSA's cash balance with Company Treasury and ensure liquidity daily.

• Provide core treasury payment support to entities under TEAS shared services: manual and batch wire/ach payment initiation and release, positive pay files, EFT payments.

• Perform FX related activities for U.S. affiliates.

• Perform duties within the context of the company's internal control framework and ensure compliance with Treasury SOX controls.

• Provide support during audit to both internal and external auditors.

• Serve as a key resource to U.S. affiliates on a wide range of daily banking issues.

• Provide initial-level support to the U.S. affiliates for Treasury Management Systems (TMS) related questions and issues.

• Provide bank account management and monitoring for all entities under TEAS shared services (system administrator, opening/closing, updating user entitlements and authorized signers, KYC bank documentation).

• Serve as regular user for processing funds transfer within the company's Master Trust Pension Plans.

• Perform TEAS shared services treasury accounting entries, bank file uploads and provide accounting support, ensuring that all treasury activity is posted correctly and efficiently in all our financial systems.

• Provide support for managing the internal debt agreements of all U.S. affiliates.

• Perform ad hoc requests, assist management with various projects and Company Treasury initiatives as needed.

• Treasury Reporting - cash forecasting, cash positions, interest schedules, FBAR
