Activities

• Coordinate Special Fluids: sales for direct customers and distributors (quantiQ + Bandeirante), including managing KA's and direct sales;

• Build a business strategy between distributors ensuring all the support for their development in the market;

• Evaluate the competition positioning (pricing, logistic, market segment, identify new business opportunities);

• Coordinate the Distributors stock using a Forecast X Refinery production in Bayport (TSUSA) and Oudalle (TF);

• Use the predefined margin and adjust according to the market behavior. Evaluate the margin per sales channel and define strategies to grow;

• Coordinate new projects and improvement actions between related areas (Technical, Marketing, logistic, and financial) as TF and TSUSA;

• Present reports with Market information for TotalEnergies Brasil and AME;

• Coordinate new distributors, when necessary;

• Develop locally Special Fluids products, adjusting materials with information per product or segment;

• Planning meetings with distributors: commercial and technical meetings;

• Visit distributors and customers around the country;

• Execute Technical and Commercial Trainings for customers and distributors;

• Participate in seminars and conferences related to the area;

• Ensure the delivery of the Commission table to TF (France) and TSUSA (US);

• Keeping up to date with the Solvents laws in ANP and other regulatory agencies in Brazil.

• Lead a technical assistant to help with orders and importation process

Context & Environment

• Works in the office and visit clients (frequent trips)

• Manage 2 distributors and key accounts throughout the national territory.
