Support TotalEnergies' transition with our Technical Graduate Program

The program will start 1st of October 2024 and you will be hired at TotalEnergies on a permanent contract and will be part of the OneTech branch.

We give you the opportunity to work in various technical and scientific domains and discover how the Company operates various energies: oil, gas, wind, solar, hydrogen, biomass, electricity etc.

You will undertake 2 to 3 successive missions, during 2 to 2,5 years, in different energies, teams and workplaces, with missions in France or abroad in our international business units.

The objective? To strengthen your technical and scientific knowledge, develop your competencies in several energy domains, and expand your network through various work experience, to get you prepared for a technical career within TotalEnergies!

What do I need to apply?

• A recent master's degree in science from an engineering school or university.
• An interest in energy as reflected in your internships or academic work.
• The will to take part in technical challenges and problem-solving skills.
• You are curious, open-minded, and like to take initiative.
• You can work in an international and changing environment, and you know how to prioritize tasks accordingly.
• You speak English, and if you don't understand French, we'll support you in learning it!

The OneTech branch brings together 3,400 engineers, technicians, researchers and support staff at 9 sites in Europe. Its mission: to provide technological and scientific expertise to support the development of projects and operations across TotalEnergies' activities (oil and biofuels, natural gas and green gas, renewables and power).

By bringing together the Company's technical and scientific skills within OneTech, TotalEnergies is strengthening its ability to develop major industrial projects, to deploy its operational excellence and to be ever more innovative, for all energies.
