• Experienced in data applications : SAP Knowledge - an added advantage

Skills:
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Proficiency in English or other languages is an add-on
• Creative, self-motivated, organized, ability to plan and independently carrying out the job

Experience:
• Minimum one year in purchasing function however not essential
Education:
• Graduate in Economics/Accounting/Mathematics/Statistics or a quantitative business science preferred. Master's degree in supply chain management is a plus.
Activities
• Audit current due diligence database, identify gaps and close gaps identified for suppliers under indirect and capex.
• Establish and utilize best methods (statistical model & software tools).
• Post-diligence monitoring of contractual relationships and shareholding structures.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Ensure adherence to compliance processes and guidelines specific to position's roles and responsibilities
• To understand and adherence to the current regulatory requirements applicable to the areas of responsibilities.
• Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by QHSE policy and Manuals.
• Strict adherence and compliance towards Group HSE Charter & MAESTRO requirement and affiliate's HSEQ Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity always.
• Participate in the safety risk assessment, health risk assessment, planed general inspections, loss control tours and other kind of audits as per the TEMME QHSE & Energy Management requirements.
• Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
• Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons.
• Ensure full adherence to the company's compliance program, its policies and procedures including economic sanctions and export control in all professional activities.
• Promptly notify the compliance officer/economic sanctions referent of any instances of noncompliance or violations of economic sanctions or export control that comes to my attention.

• The position is an important link between company compliance program and ensuring commitment of third party suppliers.
Internal:
• Interaction with managers & supervisors from other departments in Dubai Office.
External:
• External Interactions with suppliers.

- Work with N+1 and compliance team to set up mitigation measures.
• Post-diligence monitoring of contractual relationships and shareholding structures.
