Your background:
  • Master in IT, engineering or similar, 10 years or more of professional experience in IT, coming from a senior position.
  • Very strong knowledge in all IS areas (software, infrastructure, ITIL processes, project management)
  • Ability to analyze complex challenges and provide steer / solutions
  • Clients focused, result oriented, autonomous and good communicator, able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, ability to understand Danish and French is a plus.

Activities

You will be responsible for the technical aspects of digital development, ensuring that they align with the business goals and the Company rules. You will also ensure that the Company's IT landscape is always optimized in terms of technical integrity, scalability, security, compliance and cost, both for the present and the future needs. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with talented and motivated teams.

In essence you can look forward to:

Activities related to Integration Management
  • Ensure timely planning of entire applications roadmap for the Company, including digital and cross-functional projects.
  • Take the steering position on multiple simultaneous applications integration projects and secure involvement of key business stakeholders to secure timely integration of applications.
  • Leadership and steer to Business Analysts and peers by collaboration, articulating ideas and viewpoints, identifying and initiating projects, driving the resolution of issues and holding self and team accountable for results.
  • Understand and address end-to-end processes in relation to operational and technological risks.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in relation to business processes, technology and cost.

Activities related to Technical Lead
  • The position will work to ensure proper identification of principles and rules structuring the architecture and technical orientation of Company Information Systems including surface and subsurface software, computers infrastructure, middleware and databases, hosting and telecom, and promote this to all IT stakeholders.
  • Continuous analysis and identification of any weaknesses in the Company architecture including legacy software/ architecture and coordinate and implement corrective measures. Steer the ITS pluriannual technical perspective and plan
  • Coordinate the update and contribute to the global data quality.

Accountable for that Company's IT landscape is optimized at the best regarding technical integrity, scalability, security, compliance and cost at any time and for foreseeable future, including:
  • Ensuring the respect and implementation of all technical standards and cross-functional compliance of application roadmaps with Business, ITS and HQ.
  • Ensuring that the IT urbanization strategy is defined and that IT evolutions and projects are aligned with this strategy.
  • Ensuring that consistency of IT evolutions is anticipated through a pluriannual perspective considering implementation lead times.
