If you share our determination to drive the transition to a low-carbon future, then this could be the job for you. We are currently seeking a Subsea Delivery Manager, reporting directly to Genesis, Head of Country, to join our team based in Houston, Texas.

About the Job

In this role you are responsible for developing the opportunity pipeline through early engagement for upstream market, identifying key targets and opportunities with the Client in alignment with Genesis strategy. You will sponsor studies/projects/tenders, supporting project managers and consulting team in their delivery. Also responsible for the successful execution/delivery of subsea projects along with client satisfaction.

About You

Wed love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:

Qualifications:
  • Prefer a minimum of BS in Mechanical, Subsea or Ocean Engineering with at least 15 years' experience.
  • Strong understanding of subsea production systems (equipment, umbilicals, risers, flowlines and controls) with previous supervisory experience.
  • Experience in subsea engineering supporting concept and front-end engineering studies.
  • Extensive experience with Client interfaces and understanding Upstream market.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Impeccable and open communication style.
  • Ability to build client relationships quickly.
  • Previous experience in commercial aspects of engineering contracting / consulting.
  • Seeing the bigger picture to give Tenders and Study Deliverables an edge.
  • Experience in promoting complex technical offerings.
  • Proactive, self-starter motivated towards achieving pre-agreed targets and objectives.
  • People lead with courage, authenticity, respect, and empowers, mentors & develops.
  • Strategic thinker forward thinking, adopts a broader perspective and embraces innovation.
