• Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Petroleum / Mechanical / Process or equivalent.
• 10 years' experience in well services / petroleum engineering and operations.
• Broad knowledge / engineering expertise in all related disciplines in well completion such as geology, reservoir, drilling, production, etc.
• Ability to integrate and communicate with specialists of corresponding disciplines.
