Job Description:
  • Manage procurement operations in India with guidance from the Category Head.
  • Assist in annual price negotiation, e-bidding, and framework contract negotiation with suppliers.
  • Coordinate between HQ and local teams for project order creation and maintenance.
  • Support supplier management in the Indian market category, optimizing the supply pool through regular evaluations and improvements.
  • Achieve annual quality, delivery, and cost targets for the assigned category and support new product development.
  • Based in India and adaptable to travel as needed.

Job Requirements:
  • Major in mechanical engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing or project execution (e.g., wind turbine tower factories, wind turbine OEMs)
  • Strong expertise in strategic sourcing
  • Familiarity with supplier access process and supplier management methodology
  • Effective communication and coordination skills
  • Quick response execution ability
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
