Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop comprehensive solutions addressing customers' pain points.
• Establish effective value engineering strategies to highlight the benefits of the proposed solutions to customers.
• Take charge of onboarding suitable products and solutions from external parties, utilizing an Expose-Test-Build approach before integrating them into our product/service portfolio.
• Assume responsibility for product O&M and roadmaps, including in-house product development efforts.
• Organize meetings involving the Business Development and Project Management/Delivery teams.
• Partner with the Business Development team to analyze product sales performance and gather feedback for continuous product improvement.
• Contribute to the testing and development of products/solutions at MRF and play a role in the transformation of MRF operations.

Required Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical or equivalent practical experience preferred
• Experience in Solution Architect/Delivery role preferred
• Experience working in a fast and dynamic environment
• Good communication skills
• Proactive in driving business outcome and a self-starter
