If you share our determination to drive the transition to a low-carbon future, then this could be the job for you. We are currently seeking a HSE Engineer , reporting directly to Head of HSE Rome Operating Center to join our HSE team based in Roma, Italy.
About the Job
Scope of the job is to promote HSE and participate in risk minimization and prevention, executing operational and administrative tasks.
The person will interface Internally with HSES Team, Site's employees. Externally with HSES subcontractors/Clients/Providers.
Main Accountabilities:
• Perform HSE Risk Assessment
• Drafting of Projects HSE Documentation
• Follow up the implementation of ESG Scorecard Targets
• Delivers HSE Training to employees, subcontractors, etc...
• Ensures compliance with HSE rules and standards
• Conducts HSE inspections and Audits
• Reports any deficiencies and non-conformity identified
• Ensures that non-conformance reports are filled-out and that all documentation is present and easy retrievable
• Supports the presentation of HSE Bids and Proposals for new projects
• Using various software and tools for data analysis and modeling
• Receives, classifies, and reconciles documents and information related to HSE
• Maintains records and balance information for control purposes
• Compiles reports, drawing data from a variety of sources within the HSE department
In the position, new hire will be required to travel abroad for short term trips or long term assignments in site.

About You

- Qualifications: Master Degree in Engineering (preference Environmental).
- Languages: Fluent in English
- From 0 to two years of experience.
- Main Skills: Team working; Analytical and Problem Solving, Proactivity, Open Mindness, Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Studies/training in HSE topics is a plus.
