About the Job

We are currently seeking an Oracle HCM Analytics Lead to join our team based at Noida.

As an Analytics lead you will be working on designing various analytical reports on company data and delivering them to top management and other interested parties. As an Analytics Lead/developer, you will be working with business users, collecting their requests, and then updating the set of existing BIP/OTBI reports to accommodate business needs. You will be expected to establish company standards and common reporting terminology, and to help align existing and future reporting requests to such standards. You will also be interacting with data warehouse architects whenever data schemas need redesigning to accommodate new reporting requirements.

Job description
  • Collect and maintain the set of business reporting requirements.
  • Design and develop reports and dashboards based on the above requirements
  • Liaise with Product Owner and development team to ensure the progress on User stories
  • Analyze existing reports and optimize them for standardization across the company.
  • Set up and maintain BI tools, infrastructure, and integration with company data sources.
  • Work with data warehouse architects, data scientists, and data collection application engineers. Propose data schema and data flow optimization for reporting performance and enhancement as needed.
  • Conduct global training/awareness sessions
  • Ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
  • Help/guide team building new reports and dashboards

About you
  • 6-10 years of total experience in Reporting and Analytics which includes 4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Expert level experience in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Oracle BI Publisher, Power BI, SQL
  • Expert in developing HR reports and dashboards and having experience in requirements gathering, designing, build, testing, go-live and support and maintenance.
  • Should have good understanding of underlying tables for following modules of Oracle HCM Cloud: Core HR, Recruitment, Absence, Compensation, Talent Module
  • Should be well versed with Security configuration and implementation for OTBI/BIP
  • Ability to lead and interact with higher management
  • Experience in working for HRIT department of the company
  • Good business acumen and self-motivated individual
  • Zero Defect mindset with attention to details
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude to support a constructive working environment
