Mission:
Tasks:
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure safe and timely mobilization/demobilization of project equipment and materials for offshore operations.
- Supervise marine agency services, customs clearance, crew changes, and waste disposal in compliance with project requirements and regulations.
Tasks:
- Coordinate marine fleet formalities, customs clearance, and navigation permits.
- Arrange supplies for marine fleet and support crew changes and immigration formalities.
- Supervise waste disposal services and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Manage subcontractor services and coordinate invoicing.
- Inspect received materials and coordinate remedial actions for any damage.
- Ensure offshore equipment is certified and suitable for project needs.
- Optimize storage and transportation of materials based on safety and project requirements.
- Coordinate delivery of materials offshore and manage supply vessel runs.
- Track materials through detailed documentation and database management.
- Coordinate goods collection and transportation with subcontractors and clients.
- Support QC inspection to track goods delivery and optimize handling/storage.
