If you share our determination to drive the transition to a low-carbon future, then this could be the job for you. We are currently seeking a Buyer, to join our team based in Barcelona, Spain, to lead the purchasing activities for international clients.

The main responsibilities will be:

• Inquire and expedite the bids, negotiate & place purchase order.
• Prepare the list of the Vendors to be inquired.
• Check the purchase conditions and conduct basic negotiations with vendors.
• Issue the bidder list for every Request for Quotation,
• Compile and issue the call for bid and expedite the acknowledgement of receipt of bids.
• Issue the Bid Opening Form.
• Evaluate commercial submission and attend to the bid clarification meetings.
• Negotiate bids up to final proposal.
• Prepare a Commercial Bid Tabulation
• Prepare and issue the ORDER and expedite ORDER acknowledgement,
• Prepare the amendment to Orders,
• Prepare and issue final Suppliers evaluation for feed-back with respect to general commercial contractual obligation reflected in ORDER.

Requisitos:

• Grado en Ingenieria o Comercio Internacional

Competencias :

• Negociación, Procurement, SAP, o cualquier otra herramienta eTool.

Experiencia :

• MINIMO 3-5 años en el área de compras, preferiblemente en el sector Oil & Gas
