About the Job

Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:
  • Carry out the full management of the selection processes for engineering and staff profiles (publication of offers through different platforms, interviews, administration and analysis of psychotechnical tests and preparation of reports).
  • Maintain contact with the managers for the definition and evaluation of positions and the candidacies.
  • Attend job university fairs.
  • Contact external companies and universities.
  • Carry out administrative tasks and management of the DB.
  • Carry out on-boarding of new employees.
  • Participation in projects to attract and select national e international talent.

About You

Wed love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:
  • Degree in Psychology. Specific master in HR management will be highly valued.
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in Recruitment.
  • Advanced user in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Minimum English level B.2. Other languages will be valued.
