• Perform advanced scaffolding tasks including erection, modification, and dismantling of complex scaffolding structures in accordance with project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, standards, and procedures related to scaffolding operations within the mining environment.
• Work closely with the Scaffolding Supervisor to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines.Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding equipment to maintain safety and efficiency.
  
• Mentor and train junior scaffolders to enhance their skills and knowledge in advanced scaffolding techniques.

• Proven experience as an Advanced Scaffolder in the mining industry.
• In-depth knowledge of advanced scaffolding techniques, including complex scaffold design and assembly.
• Certification as an Advanced Scaffolder or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
