Brunel are looking for Metallurgical Technicians to join one of Australia's largest mining companies with operations currently based in the Pilbara region. This is a great opportunity to work with a company with strong values on an 8:6 roster with genuine temp-to-perm opportunities.

Reporting to the Principal Metallurgist, you will be required to:

• \t Provide technical support to the processing team• \t Ensuring test plans are carried out in line with the company requirements
• \t Coordinate and execute test work as instructed by Metallurgists• \t Ensure daily pre-start checks & calibrations are completed
• \t Correctly logging and monitoring test work• \t Maintain high emphasis on QHSE.

To be successful in this role, it is desirable to have the following:
  • Previous site-based metallurgical experience
  • C Class Australian Drivers License
  • Degree in a relevant subject (Undergraduates will be considered)
  • Experience in Lab work
  • Experience in sampling
