We are looking for a teammate with the following qualifications to be assigned as "Senior Environmental Specialist'' in the Sustainability Department at our overseas client's Levent office. Our client is renowned pioneer in the textile industry, originally based in Spain.

• Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Textile Engineering
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on sustainability issues such as energy, water, wastewater treatment, carbon footprint, emissions, and life cycle analysis
• Familiarity with environmental and energy regulations
• Strong knowledge of good manufacturing practices in sustainability
• Preferably worked in the textile sector
• Team player with excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Analytical thinker with a solution-oriented approach
• Willingness to travel domestically as required
• Driving license is must with a significant experience in driving and navigating various traffic conditions.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide support to suppliers in the supply chain on water usage, energy efficiency wastewater treatment, and sustainability issues within the scope of our Environmental Standard
• Conduct physical assessments through factory visits to monitor improvements in energy and waste management for the supply chain
• Stay updated on current environmental and Energy regulations and directives
• Provide training on the requirements of our standard and offer consultancy services to the supply chain
• Offer planning, execution, and monitoring support in Sustainability Projects when required.
