About the Role:

Responsible to provide commissioning and start up (Post DG 3) deliverables, manage CSU, ensure quality of CSU is achieved and provide completions Management Support across all project portfolio (Green and Brownfield, campaign and turnaround) in line with the AEP & AEQ Mission Statement and Shell policies and ensuring high standards are maintained continuously improved. Ensure safe, quality, and timely delivery of pre commissioning, commissioning and start up till handover of project.

Responsibilities will include:

• Complies with HSSE & Life Saving Rules, contribute to safe working practices and safety improvements in all Company facilities.
• Responsible for managing timely delivery of all CSU deliverables as per agreed timeline, the CSU input & review for the post DG3 projects.
• Responsible in managing implementation and overall management of completion requirement to support effective completion and commissioning start up include completion improvement program.
• Deliver Post DG 3 CSU deliverables early as per contract.
• Ensure DCAF/PCAP/PMF/TIV/Flawless Compliance for CSU and Completion for all project portfolios until project close out.
• Lead continuous improvement and RCA & lesson learn data base creation, provide input to BSP 12 procedure for CSU improvement.
• People development: Manage own and staff's goals and performance, trainings (HSSEQ, technical and leadership) and development (coaching and/or mentoring of local Bruneian staff)
• Safety & Quality: Manage staff in accountability for safety culture; No Defect culture with learner mindset; Provide a positive role in promoting good HSSEQ culture and meeting Company expectations.
• The definition of scope identification of project and maintenance up till scope maturation, safe delivery and execute projects up till final handover of the work locations.
• Lead the project team deliverables to ensure project objectives are met / addressed including HSSE, operability, maintainability, flawless, schedule, cost, and risks + opportunities throughout the ORP phases / activities.
• Develop and integrate project location execution assessment, execution strategy and constructability during the identify/Assess and select phases. Support the Basis of design development for non-frontend loading activities and scopes integration. Fully lead the post-DG3 from define up till execution and handover.
• To work closely with the asset's team (especially sub-surface, operations, maintenance, technical safety, company engineering, business support, etc.) ensuring safe performance and flawless project's delivery.
• To provide appropriate guidance, assign tasks, coaching and training to locals new HND and Graduate whenever opportunities exit such as when dealing with new technical issues. Knowledge transfer, training, to local staff to fulfil CSU and Completions management roles.
