Function description

As a Superintendent - Rock Works, you play a pivotal role in overseeing the production and quality of rock supply while evaluating technical possibilities and operational strategies. Your responsibilities encompass organizing and managing shore protection works, ensuring adherence to specified quality standards, and advising on operational optimization.

• Coordinate the organization and execution of shore protection activities, utilizing both land-based and marine-based equipment.
• Conduct and document specific quality checks to ensure adherence to standards and specifications.
• Offer guidance and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Evaluate operational methods and available resources to verify the feasibility of supply schedules and assumptions.
• Develop practical production plans aimed at cost-efficient execution.
• Address logistical challenges to ensure seamless operations during work execution.

Requirements

• Relevant Experience: Offshore/Island Project, Rockworks, Dredging and Reclamation, Shore Protection.
• Education and Experience: Possessing a master's degree is an advantage.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English for clear communication and reporting purposes.
• Analytical Abilities: Demonstrate an analytical mindset with a methodical work approach, ensuring precision.
• Communication Skills: Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, maintaining professionalism in interactions and reporting.
• Location: Willingness to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for rotational shifts as needed.
