In this role, you will oversee and coordinate Process Safety activities, ensuring project alignment with established plans. As a key team member, you will supervise engineers, address safety requirements, and liaise with clients.
Key Responsibilities: Consultant Process Safety Engineer
- Manage Process Safety activities on projects, from feasibility to EPC.
- Formulate resolutions for technical challenges and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Supervise, review, and check Process Safety activities, ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Participate in factory acceptance tests, design reviews, and contribute to project close-outs.
- Plan/schedule Process Safety activities, identify manpower requirements, and ensure compliance with standards.
- Master's Degree in chemical engineering or post-graduate Process Safety qualification.
- Chartered status preferred.
- Significant experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong coordination, monitoring, and supervisory skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Exposure to consultancy, FEED/detailed design, and EPC projects.
- In-depth knowledge of international specifications, standards, and codes.
