Responsibilities

Work closely with Project Engineers to assist in budgeting, scheduling and co-ordination processes running smoothly.
Provide administrative support to Senior Project Controller in order to manage project through to successful completion, close-out and handover.
Assist Project Engineers in preparing monthly reports, project administrative tasks, gathering status information and prepare and update status.
Prepare minutes of meetings.
Support Cost Engineer and Planning Engineer in relation to projects costs and schedules.
Assist the NOC process by interfacing with the NOC team and reviewing documents where applicable

Education/Qualifications

Degree in Engineering or Finance related subject.
2 years in a projects, operations finance , cost control or management role.
Excellent planning and organisation skills.
Ability to manage tight deadlines.
Ability to function effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Good verbal and written Arabic communication skills are preferable.
UAE driving license
