Project Controls Manager

JOB DUTIES :
Plan, direct and coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction projects for energy production and refining facilities. Plan, schedule and, coordinate construction project activities to achieve owner or developer objectives. Define and maintain costs and commitments, estimating, assurances, bench marking processes, systems, and procedures. Prepare and provide budget estimates, progress reports and cost tracking reports. Liaise and coordinate with project procurement, estimating, and budgeting to estimate changes, resolve claims, and assure projects adhere to applicable guidelines. Collaborate with planners, schedulers, and cost estimators to develop, generate, and analyze integrated project progress and performance reports, forecasts, and systems. Evaluate, validate, and manage the project controls plan and its elements. Ensure the delivery and alignment of the company's planning/scheduling standards, processes, and procedures. Coordinate with the finance department to ensure established accounting processes, systems, and procedures are followed. Participate in project reviews, risk assessments, and assurance activities. Identify and resolve interface issues. Provide mentorship to engineering and construction contractors as needed.

EXPERIENCE: Four (4) years of senior-level experience in the job offered
