Job Description and Qualifications

  • Assist in resource allocation and coordination to ensure project activities are properly scheduled and executed.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes.
  • Track and maintain project documentation, contracts, permits, and other relevant records.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Facilitate effective communication channels between project teams and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
  • Support conducting risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
  • Coordinate with project teams to implement risk mitigation plans and contingency measures.
  • Support HSE initiatives by promoting and ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HSE improvement initiatives.
