JOB DESCRIPTION

About the role

We are looking for a structured, detail-oriented and tech-savvy Business Systems Specialist to support and optimize the use of our enterprise systems within the Subsea Production Systems (SPS) division. In this role, you will act as product owner for selected business-critical tools such as Primavera P6, Jira, WorkWeb, Teamcenter and documentation systems, ensuring they are fully utilized and aligned with operational needs.

You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across SPS sites in Denmark and globally, supporting daily system operations, managing access, driving adoption, and contributing to system development. While you may not lead system implementation projects directly, your input on requirements, configurations, and user training will be key to project success.

This is a technical, hands-on role that requires analytical thinking, strong communication, and the ability to work independently. You will be part of a growing team of systems specialists working across platforms that support our global engineering and operations.
