Our valued client is seeking an Operations Shift Scheduler in Lloydminster for a 1-year contract. 

Description:
Under the direction of the ODR Specialist and in conjunction with the Shift Supervisors and back-up Shift Supervisors, the Operations Shift Scheduler will ensure the shift team’s manning schedules meet team requirements.

Core responsibilities
• Perform scheduled call-outs to staff for project and maintenance support – 60% of time
• Perform short-notice call-outs to staff to meet team requirements – 15% of time
• Responsible to update and keep current the shift manning schedules – 5% of time
• Responsible to update and keep current the overtime workbook – 5% of time
• Be the resident expert in the application of the Overtime Call-Out Procedure – 5% of time

Education
• Grade 12 Diploma

Experience working in a 24-7 rotating shift

Technical Skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skill set.
