Job Description:

• Performing a wide range of technical tasks including, but not limited to installing, repairing, troubleshooting and calibration on a wide variety of online process analysers.
• Performing Installation, calibration, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, modifications of analysers and instrumentation adhering to company policy.
• Performing routine preventive maintenance on analysers.
• Prepare maintenance schedules and spare parts lists.
• Conducting training on process analysers and sampling systems for local Technicians.
• Maintenance of all related equipment and analyse all the technical feed-back.

Educational Level and Training:

• Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation or Diploma in Instrumentation & Controls equivalent.

Required experience:

• Minimum of 5 years direct maintenance experience as an analysers senior technician or similar rote within the Oil and Gas industry.
• Experience in operation and maintenance of gas chromatographs (Daniel, Yokogawa, Siemens, etc.), UV&IR, CEMS (C02, S02, 02, THC, etc.), 1-125 PH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, chlorine, humidity, opacity etc. analysers. (Familiarity Daniel/SiemensN0kogawafABB/AMETEK/SYSTECH/HACH equipment is required).
• Familiar with PFD, P&lD, Logic & Loop drawings, datasheet review, instrument index, etc. for daily job requirement.
• Good technical/working knowledge of process analyzer applications, trouble shooting and sample systems design and conflict resolutions skills
