Rina is seeking for a Commissioning Electrical Superintendent

Project: Oil refinery upgrade and expansion capacity

Location: Sriracha district, Thailand

Duration: 12 months

Rotation and working schedule: 90/15; 6 days per week; 10 hours per day

Main duties:

· Ensure that all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities are carried out according to stated procedures and agreed schedule.

· Ensure that quality standards and safety procedures are being followed by commissioning staff, including adherence to work permit requirements.

· Review the pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures for all electrical items.

· Develop new or review the existing inspection forms for the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities pertaining to electrical activities.

· Define the detailed procedures with the supervisors; assure that all activities relevant to transformers, substations, cables, motors, etc. are covered by relevant procedures.

· Monitor and ensure the activities are carried out as per schedule.

· Assign the tasks to the supervisors/assistants;

· Cooperate with the other Commissioning discipline Superintendents (mechanical, instrument and control systems) in order to complete the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities to allow a smooth hand-over of the project within the target dates and priorities defined with the Commissioning Manag
