Job Summary:
The SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Data Admin will be a highly motivated individual primarily supporting the day-to-day operations of master data maintenance within SAP. He shall also maintain the existing maintenance data build and participate in developing maintenance builds for new assets and projects, maintain the CMMS system, participate in the two-yearly validation of asset registers and criticality review, work with the SAP technical team to implement CMMS improvement modifications, incorporate the SECE assurance program into CMMS, and provide day-to-day support to PM and Scheduling SAP modules.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for SAP PM Master Data Creation by adhering MDM standards.
• Maintain the existing maintenance data build.
• Participate in developing and verifying the maintenance data build for new assets and new projects at KM site.
• Assist users of SAP Plant Maintenance with business processes and assist SAP technical team in CMMS improvement modifications in SAP system.
• Help SAP Plant Maintenance users troubleshoot questions related to the business processes used within the system.
• Validate the master data request with the appropriate supporting documents and populate the master data template, complete validation, and upload the master data into SAP.
• Provide guidance on data cleansing, project set-up with regards to maintenance related data requirements / structure / delivery format / ERP master data set up.
• Prepare hierarchical equipment list (Functional Locations and Assets), Task Lists, Object Lists and PMs.
• Validate Master Equipment List (MEL), Asset Tag Registers and SCE Lists from P&IDs, PFDs and single line drawings, Analyse and assure quality of data.
• Coordinate with maintenance team and prepare the BOM data and collect the BOMs from E-SPIR & cross-sectional drawing.
• Assist users on the material master related queries.
• Responsible for uploading of master Data related to Plant Maintenance into SAP
• Synchronize the serial number and equipment master.
• Assist maintenance team on the shutdown material reservation and tracking.
• Maintain data integrity within the SAP system, ensuring accurate and consistent data input and validation.
• Lead and advise on MDG initiatives.
• Work with SAP Support team and provide assistance on ongoing and new initiatives.

Minimum Educational, Technical Qualifications/Certifications Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline
• Relevant SAP technical certifications (preferred)
• 5 years of Oil and Gas master data experience and ERP system expertise, including
• Experience and knowledge of the Maintenance processes involved in the Oil and Gas Industry
• Data extraction, cleansing and loading.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or part of another ERP implementation team
