Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Have an in-depth understanding Plant Maintenance processes, integration MM, FICO, PS, QM modules, and functions.
• Provide support and guidance to business users and master data team, addressing their queries, cross functional issues, and challenges related to the SAP system.
• Develop training material and deliver training for new users, helping them to understand how to navigate the system, execute transactions, and perform tasks efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related problems, document the issue, work with SAP support team to find solutions.
• Participate in testing scenarios to ensure functionality and data integrity.
• Maintain data integrity within the SAP system, ensuring accurate and consistent data input and validation.
• Document best practices, user guides, and tips for using the SAP system effectively, aiding in knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Act as liaisons between end-users and the ERP team, conveying user needs, feedback, and potential issues to SAP support.
• Generate and distribute reports using the SAP system, providing valuable insights to different departments or management.
• Analyze and resolve critical issues.
• Work with SAP Support team and provide assistance on ongoing and new initiatives.
• Lead standardization efforts across all sites to ensure consistent utilization of SAP PM.

Minimum Educational, Technical Qualifications/Certifications Required

• 5+ years of SAP PM module and business process experience with cross-functional business knowledge of MM, FICO, QM, and PS required.
• Must have SAP PM Oil and Gas experience.
• Must have experience with SAP S/4HANA System Conversion and Fiori apps preferred.
