Position: Chief Reservoir Engineer

Location: Beijing or Chengdu

1. Analyze geological and reservoir characteristics, formulate overall development strategy and plan, clarify existing uncertainties, test sensitivity and propose risk factors and countermeasures.
2. Lead the reservoir engineering team to recommend development well locations (both new development and infilled Wells), track and analyze drilling conditions, ensure performance against planned objectives, compare and analyze conclusions with pre-drilling understanding, and evaluate the performance of new or infilled Wells. 3. Reasonable monitoring and operation of daily production dynamic analysis of oil and gas fields, prediction of reservoir development/production trends, and reasonable estimation of development potential.
3. Combined with G&G, production performance and engineering, analyzed the problems existing in oilfield development and proposed specific optimization measures for the oilfield and individual Wells.
4. Establish and improve the management process of oil and gas field development and production, and participate in the development and production plan and annual work plan of the company.
5. Compile the company's current joint venture projects and submit evaluation comments and insights for internal review.
6. Participate in the evaluation of new risk projects, focusing on the assessment of remaining recoverable reserves, development potential and production projections.

Requirement:

1. Reservoir related major, Bachelor degree or above, more than 15 years of reservoir related experience.
2. Have actual experience in oilfield planning and construction from the beginning, and the oil field output exceeds 100 million cubic meters.
3. Have experience in actual project acquisition evaluation and successful acquisition into production, and participate in late management experience.
4. Experience in overall management of oil or gas fields and projects with an annual investment of more than 500 million.
5. Proficient in Petrel - Re, Eclipse/Navigator etc. software.
6. Strong communication skills, proactive and team player.
7. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to evaluate or participate in the management of overseas projects.
