About the Role: As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be integral to our operations, ensuring short-term targets are met regarding safety, throughput, yield, quality, and cost. You'll apply your technical expertise to optimize plant performance, drive efficiency improvements, and mentor our operations team. Key Responsibilities:

• Establish effective measurement tools and track performance indicators.
• Collaborate with production teams and network with engineers to optimize plant operations.
• Translate business needs into production optimization goals.
• Lead improvement projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze plant data to identify and address constraints.
• Lead investigations for incidents and participate in hazard identification activities.
• Line management of production engineers.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.
• Over 5 years of experience supporting large-scale high-hazard plant operations.
• Knowledge of COMAH regulations is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Root Cause investigation methodologies, Lean manufacturing principles, and Continuous Improvement methodology.
• Strong technical knowledge of chemical engineering principles.
• Experience with automated process control systems.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to deliver program improvements.
