We are looking for a Biomass Project Manager for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Paris, France

Start Date: ASAP

Qualification and Experience Required:

• Fluent English is essential with contractual drafting skills.
• Experience in combustion/energy, ideally in the field of waste.
• Participation in projects with multiple actors.
• Technical project management.

Missions

• Proposals and technical choices for the conception/design of the installation in order to optimize the overall cost.

Management of Design Offices (BE) for:

• the design of the facility,
• the Preliminary Design Summary (APS) phase,
• consultation with companies in coordination with purchasing and the Technical & Performance Department (DTP),
• the Detailed Preliminary Design (DPA) phase.
• Participation in negotiations with the BEs, the client and the SPV (project company carrying the financing of the asset) for the offtake and construction project contracts.
• Coordination with other streams, including legal, financial, authorizations, purchases, etc.
• Benchmarking of the solutions envisaged with the DTP RVD and DTP corp,
• Then handover at the financial close to the project director.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the deliverables "constructors' contracts" and their completeness
• Responsible for the technical elements of the "offtake contract" deliverable

Responsible for the technical datasets that feed the other streams, including:

• the permissions stream (preparation of the DDAE),
• the fuel supply stream (the fuel requirement depends on the mass-energy balances which are a deliverable of the technical stream),
• the BP/Finance and Legal streams for the technical input data to the BP and the definition of contracts - offtake and appro).
