Candidate Profile

• 5 years' higher education (engineering, business or master's degree in management/finance/economics or law)
• Minimum 8 years' experience in contract negotiation and administration, with at least two years in the wind power sector
• Mastery of construction management and wind operations management agreements
• Knowledge of the technical environment of wind power projects
• Fluency in English.

Activities

Being part of the OFW Operations team, the OFW Commercial/Contract Engineer will oversee streamlining TTE's construction and operations agreements for operated and non-operated assets across the portfolio.

More concretely, the Commercial / Contract Engineer is in charge of:

• Defining, developing and negotiating service agreements - in particular Construction Management and Operations Management Agreements;
• Leading the negotiations of service agreements in both early-stage partnerships and post-FID sell-down partnerships;
• Standardizing services agreement T&Cs (including pricing and risk position) across our portfolio where appropriate;
• Driving the collection of high quality inputs required to price service agreements;
• Amendment of existing contracts and follow-up of the administration of live contracts and agreements up to completion;
• Aligning and obtaining sign off for key T&Cs of service agreements with Senior management;
• Benchmarking service agreement T&CS to ensure they remain in line with market standards;
• Supporting M&A processes, including due diligence and presentation of service agreements with potential partners.
