We are looking for a HVAC Business Manager - Smoke Extraction for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Marseille & Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Qualification and Experience Required:

• Minimum 10 years of experience
• You have specialized training in energy and/or air conditioning;
• You have significant experience in execution in the field of HVAC, allowing you to have a certain autonomy in business management and customer relations;
• You are proficient in the techniques of assembling HVAC installations;
• Rigor, organizational and coordination skills, responsiveness and good interpersonal skills will be essential assets to carry out this mission.

Present on major projects in the Marseille region, we are looking for an HVAC project manager to develop local work activities under the responsibility of an assistant head of department, and in conjunction with the design offices.

In particular, you will be responsible for:

• Management and follow-up of the work;
• Management of a client portfolio and business development;
• Guarantee of the application of the company's contractual commitments, compliance with safety rules and the proper execution of the site, in accordance with the provisions of the CCTP and the standards and regulations in force.
• Financial follow-up of operations;
• Coordination of the work in collaboration with the site manager;
• Follow-up of modification or additional work with the client;
• Participation in site meetings;
• Produce execution studies on small operations;
• Costing of certain operations and modification works.
