This Position reports to:
Operations Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will make sure the team keeps developing capabilities and skills, supporting the business in the implementation of policies, practices and programs. You will also showcase your expertise by driving behavioral change and HSE learning within the organization. You are the key figure within the organization, responsible for ensuring the safety and health in our Factory and for all local Sales & Service team. You work closely with company management to develop, implement, and monitor workplace safety policies, ensuring compliance with current regulations.

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
  • Supporting line managers and supervisors in the organization in understanding obligations, liabilities and requirements
  • Ensuring appropriate tools and measures are in place and used effectively, at the same time reporting the HSE incidents.
  • Reporting on HSE performance and progress with respect to the Group objectives. Drive behavioral change and ensure HSE capabilities are optimized and aligned to standards and best practices
  • Assessing risks and identifying preventive and protective measures. Draft and update the Risk Assessment Document (DVR).
  • Training and informing employees about risks and safety measures. Coordinate emergency and first aid activities. Monitor and verify the effectiveness of adopted safety measures. Collaborate with other safety professionals and Manage relationships with competent authorities.


Qualifications for the Role

  • You are highly skilled in conducting risk assessments and safety audits and have familiarity with relevant safety standards. You possess RSPP certification in accordance with current regulations.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in the role of RSPP or similar positions. • Possess enhanced knowledge of workplace safety regulations and safety management software and tools.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a team and manage projects. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Degree in engineering, safety sciences, or related field.
  • You are at ease communicating in Italian and English.
