Job Description
Prepare salary assessments globally, offer letters, contract of employments and other letters related to reward.
Support with off cycle reward deliveries such as direct appointment, promotions, deviations in line with reward authority matrices.
Responsible for tracking acting allowances and two step promotions timeline and provide updated information to employees and payroll.
Review reward policies and update as needed.
Support communication for different schemes implementation.
Responsible for the reward SharePoint management, updates and maintenance.
Liaise with external payroll and benefits provider to update compensation and benefits for employees.
Qualifications/Experience
2 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits roles is a plus but not essential.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
Good knowledge of excel and powerpoint
Educated to a degree level
Personal Qualities
Good communication skills
Willingness to learn and support in different tasks as needed.
Good collaboration skills and the ability to work in multicultural and complex environments
Service-minded and ability to work and deliver under tight deadlines
