Manage all daily maintenance planning and site execution activities in the Refinery to ensure its operation in a safe, stable and efficient manner. - Develop and execute maintenance strategy and in line with planned company strategy, while ensuring integration with other departmental strategies. Ensure that strategy is documented and approved while guaranteeing that it is properly communicated and implemented. - Develop/Review/Improve/Finalize the maintenance procedures, work steps, method of statements, Job Safety Analysis for the maintenance of the abovementioned equipment and facilities to ensure equipment reliability and minimize cost. - Responsible for improving maintenance quality control of maintenance works to eliminate rework/repetitive repair work items by strengthening the maintenance procedures/ITP/QC audit. - Continuously review the maintenance management systems (i.e. CMMS Maximo, Policies/Strategies/Manual/Procedures, Reports…), improve and upgrading it with best practices applicable.

●  Responsible for planning and monitoring of the Refinery Turnaround.

●  Review work packages, MTO and PR’s.

●  Co-ordinate & follow up with Materials Dept on all material issues.

●  Plan for Resource requirement for TA. Prepare resource histogram and “S” curve.

●  Do the planning for additional work such as material, workstep/ procedure, job plan, etc…required for execution.

●  Site supervising to control T/A work quality and report for high light works.

●  Evaluate the actual from site works and update to T/A management systems (Microsoft Project, Primavera, Maximo CMMS).

●  Making a detail work schedule using “Primavera P6” Project Planner software with interrelationship and manpower leveling.

●  Check the required documents for completion dossiers.

●  Review and comment on Contractors schedules.

●  Integration of the Contractors schedules to discipline, collect progress reports.

●  Update the schedule on a daily basis and inform the TA status for daily reports.

●  If required, revise schedule and prepare a catch up plan.

●  Summarize and prepare document for post TA report.

Educational Background

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or equivalent

Experience Requirement

Minimum 15 years’ experience in maintenance planning.

●  Experience in last 5 years as a T/A planning in Oil & Gas.

●  To have in-depth knowledge in T/A Planning and scheduling.

●  To have enough knowledge in T/maintenance works.

●  Certificate and experience in Primavera (P6) & MS-Project.
