Sales Representative
Position: Sales Representative for the US Market
Work time: Monday to Friday, full time
Work Location:
This position is remote. The ideal candidate will be close to one of our main Semiconductor equipment, Medical Devices, High-tech. equipment business locations in California, Minnesota USA.
It is a global cable assembly, wire harness & electric cabinets/boxes assembly company and was found in 2016. Every day, we thrive by Delighting Customers Worldwide with the high level of service.

What you’ll be working on
· Meet or exceed group sales target and company objectives.
· Execute company strategy and priorities, build team development plan.
· Qualify and develop new customer base within his/her team.
· Develop a clear understanding of the customer's business: Products, services and organization.
· Build up and develop customer management relationship, present and negotiate on behalf of company.
· Maintain cohesiveness, team spirit and discipline
· Responsible for the growth and development of group members.
· Do all activities an Account Manager performs if he/she has assigned accounts.
· Actively co-work with other departments to develop stronger demand creation funnel.
· Ensure the sales team is regularly involving senior management to work on improving our overall account positioning at all levels within the customer.
· Handle all day-to-day operational issues and risk
We’re looking for someone with
· Above Bachelor’s Degree, better in engineering discipline.
· At least 3 or more years of experience in a team management role
· Familiar with semiconductor equipment, medical equipment, high-tech industrial equipment industries
· Integrity, Accountable, Persistence, Result-oriented, sense of urgency Presentation skills
· Interpersonal skills
