Job Requirements
• Engineering Bachelor degree (Instrumentation) or Equivalent qualification
• Professional Training course in Maintenance and Reliability preferred
Minimum 7 years’ experience as Maintenance or Reliability Engineer in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Refinery Industry
• Having very good knowledge and experience in troubleshooting of DCS, ESD, PLC & Smart plant instrumentation is a must.
• Knowledge on Reliability centered Maintenance, RCA techniques and Troubleshooting skills.
• Fluency in English language; written and oral with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with other people and in a multi-nationality teams.

Senior Instrument Engineer
Participate & contributes in Performance Excellence journey towards improved Reliability by using Standard OPEX Tools and Continuous improvement methodology.
To drive the Standardization and implementation of Best Engineering practice across Plants.
To ensure Equipment Reliability & safety by recommending best instrument maintenance practices. Leading or participating in Major Equipment failures/HSE Incident investigation, producing recommendation and follow up with its implementation.
Leading major changes in strategies and improvements to streamline and improve internal processes to ensure that activities are aligned with Company's goals.
Senior Engineer is the main focal person for all reliability issues related to process instruments & controls in FERTIL operation site and to provide guidance, instruction and procedure, as well as actively supporting maintenance team beyond own scope.
