MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSMinimum education required of the position:Two year Associates Degree specializing in electronics, instrumentation, computers, or engineering or Have at least two years of equivalent work/training experience in a related field.MUST BE EEI TECH TEST RECOMMENDED Minimum experience required of the position:Tech II: 4+ years' experience in at least three of the following areas; voice system support, two-way radio system support, fiber optic transmission system support, microwave radio system support, or AC and DC power plant support. Must have worked for at least 1 year as a qualified Communications Serviceman 3rd Class, or have had equivalent experience in related work, having all qualifications of the previous classification.Tech Sr: 5+ years' experience in at least three of the following areas; voice system support, two-way radio system support, fiber optic transmission system support, microwave radio system support, or AC and DC power plant support. Must have worked for at least 2 years as qualified Communications Serviceman 2nd Class, or have had equivalent experience in related work, having all qualifications of the Communications Serviceman 2nd Class.
