This position supports Professional Tools Supply Chain efforts through accurate and timely reports that will impact the decision making of Internal Users of reports, analysis and metrics created. He/ She will collect and create both standard and custom reports to analyze various Supply Chain performance data to increase Supply Chain productivity and efficiencies. This member should provide insights that support business objectives. Works collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure departmental objectives are met.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Deeper knowledge and engagement on supply chain functions

a. E-sourcing and Contract management

b. Support other supply chain functions such as Tooling Management, Supplier Performance, Supplier Web Portal, Environmental and trade compliance as deemed necessary

c. Regular supply chain database information updates

d. Collect, consolidate and analyze supply chain information

e. Supplier outreach and communication

2. Create, maintain and publish regularly Professional Tools Global Supply Chain reports and other tools.

a. Procurement Analytics reports

b. Supplier Performance Reports

c. Supply Chain Tools

d. Other Adhoc reports

3. Exhibits familiarity and confidence on utilizing Emerson’s various systems/ERP and data sources that will be used for analysis, reporting and other similar purposes.

4. Conducts pertinent analysis by showing trends, charts/graphs and other form of analytical presentation using various software, system, information, reports and other data sources.

5. Maintains accuracy, consistency and integrity through careful and thorough examination of available data and information.

6. Facilitates various meetings with different groups and provide necessary documentation to ensure completion of all action items.

7. Broader understanding and application of the Manila Supply Chain process. Able to explain and elaborate team's process and supply chain procedures

8. Order Management and Oracle Maintenance

a. Converts Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order

b. Maintains Supplier and Item Data Integrity in Oracle

c. Supply Chain Parameter and PPAP system updates

9. Perform other duties and oversee special projects and assignments as assigned

10. Identify and implement small scale improvements (WW). He/She should also be part of an Impact Project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or Business-related Discipline (Supply Chain Management preferred)

• With at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain Operations, including knowledge in Oracle and Procure to Pay Processes

• Familiar with lean manufacturing concepts, preferred

• Knowledge of Microsoft applications like Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Oracle JD Edwards Demonstrated systems and process knowledge
