Advanced Powder Products, Inc. (APP) is hiring a Quality Engineer to join our rapidly growing technology company. For over two decades, APP has been developing and manufacturing complex net-shape components using metal injection molding (MIM) and 3D metal printing technologies for the medical, industrial and defense industries. Our proprietary technologies, ProtoMIM® and PrintalloyÒ position APP as the first choice for some of the largest Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) in the country. We design, engineer and produce metal components that improve the performance of our clients’ medical devices, hand tools, and sporting goods.

Support New Product Development, Production and Process Improvement teams (APQP,PPAP,MSA,SOP)
Facilitate and support the design and building of gages, processes and procedures
Initial quality contact to APP customers and suppliers for corrective actions
Initial quality contact to APP customers and suppliers for new launches
Train/coach/Mentor quality operators, quality technicians , other APP colleagues
Understand ISO 9001 and 13485 requirements
Execute ISO audits internally and with suppliers
Promote and execute APP’s QMS
Drive/support problem solving activity
Drive/support continuous improvement
