Civil Superintendent - Refinery EPC - Kuwait job in Kuwait City at Brevan Global Resources

Main Duties : Brevan is currently looking for Civil Superintendents for large scale EPC – LSTK Refinery projects in the Kuwait.
Our client is one of the main international engineering and construction companies in the World for: oil and gas production, petrochemical and power generation for a wide range of clients including many national oil companies. Our client has been awarded the EPC contract for the construction of a new refineries in Kuwait set to be the largest in the Middle East.

Function:
Responsible for supervising the corresponding construction Civil Subcontractors and the preparation of required information for an effective system of supervision control.
Oversees the daily construction activities at work site, including scheduling of supervisors, delivery of equipment and materials, and progress of the project.
Works with subcontractors to complete project within the given budget and timeframe.

New refinery, set to be the largest refinery in the Middle East, aims to produce and supply ultra-low sulphur petroleum by-products to meet both the needs of the domestic market and international demand.
The scope of the contract, construction and commissioning of the following refining units: 3 crude distillation units, 3 atmospheric residue desulphuration units, 3 diesel hydrotreating units, 2 naphtha hyrdrotreating units, 2 kerosene hydrotreating units, a saturated gas unit and a heavy oil cooling unit.
We are looking for candidates experienced in working for leading EPC contractors used to working on large scale high value projects.

Middle East experience would be an advantage
