  • Plans, organizes, manages, and continually improves the commercialization process within a given region or sub-business unit
  • Major areas of emphasis include; identification of new customers, marketing of Multi-Chem manufacturing capabilities, coordination with the applicable business acquisition manager and contributing expertise in negotiation activities as well as strong sales experience
  • Particular emphasis is given to implementation of overall commercial solutions, proposal development, and contractual negotiation
  • Responsible for coordinating resource allocation within the commercial process, oversight of required commercialization activities involving multiple functions such as R&D, operations procurement, QC/QA, scheduling and outerfacing customer service functions
  • Responsible for completing external due diligence, documentation, and approval processes
  • Capable of remote location cross cultural negotiation. Typically requires 8-10 years' experience, with 3-5 years of experience in a commercial role
  • This position requires a B.S. degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  • Scale-up, batch chemical manufacturing and experience with preparing and executing a business plan are important skills
  • Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher-level roles
