Lead Engineer job in Laguna Hills at Healthcare Realty

Healthcare Realty Trust (NYSE:HR) is a real estate investment trust that acquires, develops, owns, and manages medical real estate throughout the country. We are recruiting for a Lead Engineer for our Orange County, CA area medical office buildings. The ideal applicant will have 8-10 years experience in the O&M of commercial office buildings or hospital facilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Knowledgeable and experienced with all commercial building equipment to include centrifugal chiller, packaged HVAC systems, chilled water, hydronic heating systems, and heat generation equipment utilizing steam.
Thorough understanding and experience utilizing building automation systems, emergency generation equipment, and life safety systems.
Excellent verbal, written and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to read blueprints/CAD drawings.
Strong skills with Microsoft Office.
Previous supervisory skills in leading and directing a maintenance staff are required.
